REGISTRATION

We notify you about our available open positions and if you are interested in an offer, we start the registration process.
We ask you to send us the documentation needed to fill the position, and we conduct a profile interview, which will be forwarded to the employer.

INTERVIEW

If your application is accepted in the chosen country, and you are invited to an online interview, MediFLEXible will provide you a cultural preparation, which is to maximize the chances of the first interview going smoothly. In case of a successful online interview, the employer gives you and your family the opportunity to visit, during which you can get acquainted with the place of work, future colleagues and the new environment. This is when the personal meeting and interview takes place with the employers. In case this interview is successful too, you will receive an offer of employment and you can sign your contract.

PREPARATION

You need fluent language skills to fill a position, requirements vary by destination country. In Sweden, a C1 language exam in Swedish is required, and you have to apply for a licence at the healthcare authorities, but we help you with all these matters. You will receive financial support from your employer during the language course (the duration of the course can be up to 4-6 months) and we already start to search for an apartment for you during the course.

DEPARTURE

During your trip we are at your disposal on the phone 0-24 hours. You are not on your own after you arrive either, since we will help you with official matters on site. MediFLEXible also pays attention to personal support: our colleagues living abroad will give you a helping hand even after you have settled.
