Switzerland has a very high quality of life. Per unit of time worked, nowhere else will you get more “value for money” than in Switzerland; the high cost of living is offset by high incomes and low taxes.
The cities and the beautiful nature offer plenty of opportunity for relaxation. It is generally not difficult to find good housing, schools are fine, as are the health care, social security system and infrastructure. It is safe and very child friendly.

The working conditions are excellent. Salaries are high and the tax burden is low (regulated by the canton where one resides).
