Work at our on-call centres and preparedness may be included in the service.
Salary
Your salary will be allocated by your competences independently of your nationality.
Specialist salaries in Sweden vary between 75 000 and 95 000 SEK/month and consultants can earn up to 110.000 SEK or more.
However, the salary in the first year which is the introductory period will be somewhat lower. During the first 6 months of your employment, it will be gross 60.000 SEK/month and between the 7th and 12th month 75.000 SEK/month. Then it will be agreed individually according to your experience and it will continue to raise up to 75-110 000 SEK.

Description of the health centre
Primary care management is responsible for basic healthcare in the field of Family Medicine for all ages. The healthcare centre has to give care by need in the form of investigation, diagnostics, treatment, nursing care, counselling and follow-up. The healthcare centre has to work preventively in accordance with The National Board of Health and Welfare’s guidelines for disease prevention methods. The primary care is person centred and has to strengthen patients’ ability for maintain, promote and improve their health.
Your duties will include everything from acute falls to preventive care and lifestyle issues. As a specialist in Family Medicine in primary care you will work together with professionals from other fields around the patients, for example in receptions led by nurses. Apart from reception work, also included homecare and possibility for working with among others child healthcare, retirement home, health work and/ or quality-work. Work in our on-call centres and stand-by service are included in the assignment. Little by little, there will be also included supervision of training doctors.
Mörlunda Health Centre is a little and familiar health centre in Kalmar region with a big variation in patient-register. We are approximately 12 employees who work together for giving a safe and secure care with high quality to our approximately 2.660 listed patients. Mörlunda belongs to Hultsfred municipality which has around 13.700 inhabitants. There are living around 1.400 persons in Mörlunda. To be able to enjoy living in Mörlunda, you need to appreciate the little and cosy. If you want to live in Oskarshamn which is a bit bigger city and commute to Mörlunda, it is around four miles.
Number of employees and occupational categories
Totally 10 employees. Here, there work district nurses/ general nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries and curator. In addition to these, there are two locum doctors in the health centre.
About the municipality
Hultsfred is a municipality in Kalmar Region in southeastern Sweden. It has a population of around 13.700.
Mörlunda is a small settlement but factually, it is part of a settlement community which contains among others Hultsfred, Målilla, Ammenäs. Rosenfors, Stora Aby, Lilla-and Stora Sinnerstad.
How to Get to Mörlunda
There are different versions, among which the best looking is to fly to Copenhagen from where it takes 4.5 hours to get to Mörlunda. In Copenhagen, there needs to change to train and travel to Växjö, from there with bus to Glahytt and with another bus to Mörlunda.
