Job description
We are now looking for registered nurses, preferably with experience from dialysis or emergency care, but this is not a requirement. You will be part of a team where we support each other. You have the ability to collaborate, are flexible and enjoy working with technical equipment. We are looking for someone who can complement our work team and the focus will be on personal suitability.

In your work, you therefore have the opportunity to create long-term and good relationships, in parallel with the development of your skills in other treatments we perform on the emergency side. In addition to this, you also get the opportunity to participate in development and improvement work within the business. Nurses without previous dialysis experience may be next to an experienced nurse for a ten-week period. You will also have the opportunity for education in the course “Kidney Medicine Diseases and Nursing” on advanced level, at the University of Gothenburg.
You are a newly graduated nurse are part of the Clinical Base Year, which is our introductory program. The Clinical base year is mandatory and lasts during the first year of your employment with us. The clinical base year includes lectures, nursing supervision and practical training of your profession at the Simulator Centre. In addition to this, it also includes service in at least two different departments to broaden your skills.

The business area Nephrology is constantly evolving and we have an expanded assignment, now we are looking for more nurses for our Dialysis Clinic.
The profile of the clinic includes both chronically assisted dialysis treatment and acute dialysis activities. In the acute side, in addition to acute dialysis treatments, plasmapheresis treatments and so-called AB0 treatments before transplantation are also performed. We work in teams with doctors, nurses, assistant nurses and more. The reception is open weekdays between 07:00 and 20:00. We apply a fixed schedule and only work every fourth weekend Saturday 07: 00-17: 00 and Sunday 12: 00-20: 00.
Salary

Generally, a newly graduated general nurse earns 25.500-28.000 SEK, a general nurse with more experience 29.000-33.000 SEK and a specialised nurse 34.000-38.000 SEK.
