We ask the candidates to prepare a clear, and precisely written CV, which outlines their professional experience to an extent that gives a general and clear description for the future employer.

We receive the CV’s and we put in competition all the ones which fulfil the requirements of the employer. We make a short profile for the clients to help them get the important details of the candidates and make decision whether to interview them or not.

We organize pre-screening via skype with a test interview in English, German or Swedish, to explore the applicants’ personality and motivation and we make a short summary of the results. After the employer evaluated the given information we can help organize the interview with the chosen candidates.
